My dog loves going to Wag Wag, that says it all! The girls are super loving with the fur babies!

We took our puppy here several times and they were always very attentive. We have now moved away from Madrid, but I would recommend it to everyone.

For us, WagWag is like family; we've been with them since the very beginning of WagWag!!! And we've had plenty of temptations to switch to new daycares, special offers, closer locations, etc., but... we stay and continue to choose WagWag Berlin!!! Our Aaron has been going happily since he came into our lives as a puppy, and he is already 5 years old!!! He feels right at home, and the caretakers... YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍😘😘😘 Videos, photos, and the love you give them... that is priceless!!!

Magnificent daycare. The caretakers are a 10/10 and the dogs couldn't be better cared for or more loved. In addition, they adapt perfectly to each dog's personality, giving each one the care they need. They couldn't be more patient with mine! :-)

They don't take proper care of the dogs, at least not mine.

We have been taking my dog to this grooming salon our entire lives, and today they decided not to take her, "justifying that she is already very old." It is an absolute disgrace and a lack of professionalism.... We love dogs, but once they get old and become an inconvenience to you, it's better if they don't even come near. Shameful!! I hope this review reaches a lot of people so they know what kind of people they are leaving their pet with.

As a daycare it might be great, but I have a 15-year-old senior dog. They have been bathing her since they opened, but now they are making excuses. They refused to take her even though she had a booked appointment, because the dog is old and gets very stressed. The merit of a good dog caregiver is knowing how to treat an elderly dog with affection to help reduce their stress. I found it to be a total lack of professionalism, but of course, an old dog is no longer good business. Very good marketing, very poor professionalism.

So happy with WagWag! My dogs run in like crazy; they scratch at the door and dash inside wagging their tails every single day, and to me that means everything. I've been trusting them for over 4 years, and what completely won me over was seeing how much care they put into their walks—they wear safety harnesses and their caretakers are super attentive to them. You can really tell there is so much love and dedication behind what they do. If you're looking for a trustworthy place near El Retiro, I recommend it 100%!

Coco's trusted daycare. Since I've been taking him there, not only does he have company during the day while I work, but his behavior at home has improved tremendously. Special mention to the professionals who, from day one, give you the peace of mind that your pet is in the best possible hands.

It is without a doubt the best dog daycare my dog Leela has ever been to, and the only one where she feels comfortable! My dog is very skittish and afraid of being around other dogs... But that's not the case here, as they don't accept aggressive dogs, so my dog feels happy, comfortable, and 100% SAFE, and that gives me so much peace of mind!! In fact, when I went to pick her up she didn't even want to come with me because she was so happy!! And that's the first time that has ever happened to me!! Thank you WAG WAG for being so wonderful and giving so much LOVE to our little animals!! FINALLY A DAYCARE WHERE MY DOG IS SAFE!! I see the unfair reviews giving you 1 star, and they are ALL because their dogs are aggressive and disruptive. I thank you 🙏 for not accepting them, otherwise my dog would die of a heart attack from fear or from the bite she'd get!!! Those kinds of dogs need to go somewhere else to manage their aggression, and I don't understand why they get angry with you when it's completely understandable in order to maintain balance and the SAFETY of the rest of the group. If I could, I'd give you 10 stars!
