For us, WagWag is like family; we've been with them since the very beginning of WagWag!!! And we've had plenty of temptations to switch to new daycares, special offers, closer locations, etc., but... we stay and continue to choose WagWag Berlin!!! Our Aaron has been going happily since he came into our lives as a puppy, and he is already 5 years old!!! He feels right at home, and the caretakers... YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍😘😘😘 Videos, photos, and the love you give them... that is priceless!!!

We have been taking my dog to this grooming salon our entire lives, and today they decided not to take her, "justifying that she is already very old." It is an absolute disgrace and a lack of professionalism.... We love dogs, but once they get old and become an inconvenience to you, it's better if they don't even come near. Shameful!! I hope this review reaches a lot of people so they know what kind of people they are leaving their pet with.

As a daycare it might be great, but I have a 15-year-old senior dog. They have been bathing her since they opened, but now they are making excuses. They refused to take her even though she had a booked appointment, because the dog is old and gets very stressed. The merit of a good dog caregiver is knowing how to treat an elderly dog with affection to help reduce their stress. I found it to be a total lack of professionalism, but of course, an old dog is no longer good business. Very good marketing, very poor professionalism.

So happy with WagWag! My dogs run in like crazy; they scratch at the door and dash inside wagging their tails every single day, and to me that means everything. I've been trusting them for over 4 years, and what completely won me over was seeing how much care they put into their walks—they wear safety harnesses and their caretakers are super attentive to them. You can really tell there is so much love and dedication behind what they do. If you're looking for a trustworthy place near El Retiro, I recommend it 100%!

Coco's trusted daycare. Since I've been taking him there, not only does he have company during the day while I work, but his behavior at home has improved tremendously. Special mention to the professionals who, from day one, give you the peace of mind that your pet is in the best possible hands.

It is without a doubt the best dog daycare my dog Leela has ever been to, and the only one where she feels comfortable! My dog is very skittish and afraid of being around other dogs... But that's not the case here, as they don't accept aggressive dogs, so my dog feels happy, comfortable, and 100% SAFE, and that gives me so much peace of mind!! In fact, when I went to pick her up she didn't even want to come with me because she was so happy!! And that's the first time that has ever happened to me!! Thank you WAG WAG for being so wonderful and giving so much LOVE to our little animals!! FINALLY A DAYCARE WHERE MY DOG IS SAFE!! I see the unfair reviews giving you 1 star, and they are ALL because their dogs are aggressive and disruptive. I thank you 🙏 for not accepting them, otherwise my dog would die of a heart attack from fear or from the bite she'd get!!! Those kinds of dogs need to go somewhere else to manage their aggression, and I don't understand why they get angry with you when it's completely understandable in order to maintain balance and the SAFETY of the rest of the group. If I could, I'd give you 10 stars!

We take our little dog Freya on the days we both work so she isn't alone all day, and she gets super happy when she arrives at daycare 😄 the girls are lovely and very attentive, they send photos and videos throughout the day, which is very commendable given how many pups they have daily. I totally recommend Wag Wag. Our Golden, Sira, is now 7 months old and has been attending daycare since she was 4 months old whenever we aren't home because of work. The experience couldn't be better: every time she arrives, she happily walks in or gets excited at the door, eager to get inside as soon as possible. Without a doubt, it has been a complete success. I've been taking my dogs there for a month and a half while I work, and I couldn't invest my money any better: their behavior with other dogs is improving, they have space to play and run around a bit, they take them for walks, and (the absolute best part for me) they send you photos and videos during the day so you can see how they're doing. Plus, when they get home they are dead tired from all the activity they've had. Highly recommended 👌

I knew from the beginning that my corgi puppy couldn't be home alone for so many hours, so I would take him to a dog daycare. It was undoubtedly the best decision, especially because of the place: WagWag is like a second home to him. The way they treat the dogs, how much fun they have, how well they take care of and pamper them... and keeping you updated on how much fun he is having with the photos and videos they send while they are there with them, always manage to bring a smile and more than a few laughs. Wag Wag has been a total success for our dog Clayton. We leave him with his super teachers with complete peace of mind because we know he will be very well taken care of and treated just as he needs, as he is a sensitive and shy pup adopted not long ago. Thanks to Wag Wag, his attitude toward other dogs has also greatly improved, and he has gained a lot of self-confidence and lost the fears he used to have. Wagwag is a place that really saves the day when you don't want to leave your dog home alone for so many hours. Although it doesn't have outdoor facilities or very large spaces for the dogs, the truth is that with what they have, they do a very good job taking care of your furry friend. They send you lots of photos and videos so you can see them and have peace of mind the whole time knowing your dog is safe; they take great care of them, play with them, and treat them with a lot of affection. The girls who work there are all wonderful and very kind. My dog Atila always goes there and, even though changes are very, very hard for her, the girls at Wagwag have been patient with her adaptation process, and Atila loves them very much—I can tell by how she greets them and sees them, which is proof of the good treatment dogs receive when we aren't around. It is true that I think Wagwag can be a source of stress for some dogs due to the high number of dogs in such a small space, but that is what they offer and you have to identify whether it is suitable for your dog or not. For me it has worked, and I will continue bringing my Atila in 2023!!

He comes home exhausted from playing so much, as confirmed by the videos and photos they send you throughout the day. Also, even though he doesn't know how to stay home alone yet, he walks in there pulling hard on the leash without looking back. I went to the daycare based on the recommendation of our dog trainer (Afri comportamiento animal). I was a bit scared since my dog has special needs, has a lot of fears, and suffers from separation anxiety, but she is very sociable with other furry friends and the trainer thought it could do her good. They kept me informed about how she was doing the entire time and sent me photos, which gave me peace of mind. The place is very bright, smells nice, is spacious, etc. Now in September (when the school year starts 😝), she will go back one day a week to build a routine and gain confidence.
