Exceptional place to leave your dog for a few hours or days if you're traveling. The service is unbeatable, and you can tell they are truly dedicated to their business and committed to the dogs' well-being. Totally recommended

We are thrilled to have found UpDog for our two dogs. One is older and not a big fan of other dogs, and the other is a puppy who isn't very confident around people. Even so, they both stay here super happy and walk through the door thrilled, which for us says it all. We also highly recommend the dental cleaning. It is done without anesthesia and takes just over an hour. The fact that our dog let them do everything without any issues speaks volumes about the trust they have in them and how well they treat them.

I loved the experience from the very first moment. The service, the space, and the love with which they treated Bubble—everything was a 10/10. He first did a trial, and when I went back to pick him up, he was happy. When he returned to stay for a couple of nights, he walked in thrilled, without hesitation, and for me that says it all. In addition, the videos and photos they sent me throughout the day gave me great peace of mind, being able to see how happy he was. I will definitely be back. Thank you for taking such good care of Bubble! ❤️

Excellent service, very friendly and qualified staff, very gentle treatment of our furry friends. The oral cleaning service is highly recommended: fast, without anesthesia, and risk-free.

My experience with Updog Cuzco is wonderful. They are very good with Sobao and make it very easy to leave your dog at daycare or boarding. Sobao went for the first time when he was 3 months old, and he really enjoys his stay there with the other dogs and the staff.

This dog hotel is great, I recommend it to all of you who have pets. It gave me a lot of confidence and my little dog did great.

Our little greyhound Homie stayed with them for three weeks, and it was the best decision we could have made. Unlike other boarding facilities, they sent us photos and videos every day, there was constant communication, Homie looked so happy... and most importantly for us: he did NOT come back with an upset stomach or an operated leg (which has happened to us at other hotels). As soon as we travel again, Homie will definitely go back to them, and I know he will be calm and well cared for <3

Second time we've left Ginger at the hotel, and everything was great. Throughout the day they keep you updated on how your furry friend is doing and the care they provide is incredible; in fact, when we pick Ginger up she's depressed afterwards 😉 Guys, a thousand thanks for taking care of her.

I love this daycare because they treat the dogs wonderfully, you can tell they really love them, it's like a family. My dog loves going; as soon as I stop the car he runs right in, and I have complete peace of mind knowing how good it is for him to go.
