UPDOG PACÍFICO | Guardería Peluquería Canina

Exceptional place to leave your dog for a few hours or days if you're traveling. The service is unbeatable, and you can tell they are truly dedicated to their business and committed to the dogs' well-being. Totally recommended

We are thrilled to have found UpDog for our two dogs. One is older and not a big fan of other dogs, and the other is a puppy who isn't very confident around people. Even so, they both stay here super happy and walk through the door thrilled, which for us says it all. We also highly recommend the dental cleaning. It is done without anesthesia and takes just over an hour. The fact that our dog let them do everything without any issues speaks volumes about the trust they have in them and how well they treat them.

I loved the experience from the very first moment. The service, the space, and the love with which they treated Bubble—everything was a 10/10. He first did a trial, and when I went back to pick him up, he was happy. When he returned to stay for a couple of nights, he walked in thrilled, without hesitation, and for me that says it all. In addition, the videos and photos they sent me throughout the day gave me great peace of mind, being able to see how happy he was. I will definitely be back. Thank you for taking such good care of Bubble! ❤️

Excellent service, very friendly and qualified staff, very gentle treatment of our furry friends. The oral cleaning service is highly recommended: fast, without anesthesia, and risk-free.

My experience with Updog Cuzco is wonderful. They are very good with Sobao and make it very easy to leave your dog at daycare or boarding. Sobao went for the first time when he was 3 months old, and he really enjoys his stay there with the other dogs and the staff.

This dog hotel is great, I recommend it to all of you who have pets. It gave me a lot of confidence and my little dog did great.

Our little greyhound Homie stayed with them for three weeks, and it was the best decision we could have made. Unlike other boarding facilities, they sent us photos and videos every day, there was constant communication, Homie looked so happy... and most importantly for us: he did NOT come back with an upset stomach or an operated leg (which has happened to us at other hotels). As soon as we travel again, Homie will definitely go back to them, and I know he will be calm and well cared for <3

Second time we've left Ginger at the hotel, and everything was great. Throughout the day they keep you updated on how your furry friend is doing and the care they provide is incredible; in fact, when we pick Ginger up she's depressed afterwards 😉 Guys, a thousand thanks for taking care of her.

We left Chichi for 9 nights and we were truly completely at ease since they sent us photos and videos every day. The care for both the dogs and the owners is warm and loving, and that is the key to knowing we will be back. Thank you for everything, team 💘

I love this daycare because they treat the dogs wonderfully, you can tell they really love them, it's like a family. My dog loves going; as soon as I stop the car he runs right in, and I have complete peace of mind knowing how good it is for him to go.

A comfortable place for dogs, and they are very well taken care of.

Totally recommended. Very professional and trustworthy people; whenever we leave our female dogs with them, we have complete peace of mind because we know they are in good hands! The communication is daily and that is greatly appreciated! We will keep coming back to them! Best regards and keep it up. Greetings from Pippa and Poppy ;)

I left Pucho with complete peace of mind because the Updog team is great. They keep you updated with photos and videos, and you can see that the dogs are super well cared for and happy. They also interact with other dogs and always sleep with a caregiver present. Without a doubt, it is my go-to dog daycare and hotel ❤️

We were looking for a daycare and boarding facility to leave our one-year-old Beagle, and we had a wonderful experience. From the first contact to do the free trial, we had a very good feeling. They kept us updated via WhatsApp at all times, with photos and videos, and we were able to enjoy a peaceful weekend knowing he was with them. The staff is very friendly and affectionate. We will definitely repeat whenever we need it again!

We have left our pet for two weekends and our experience has been very good. We were very reassured because they send several videos every day; when taking her the second time, she went in very happy.

Thank you so much to the whole team for taking such good care of and spoiling Neska. She came home happy and well-rested. It's a pleasure to find a place where the love for dogs is so evident and where they give you such peace of mind from the very first minute. Neska already has her favorite daycare, and so do we! Thank you also for the grooming service, she looks gorgeous!!!

My family and I are very happy that we made the right choice leaving Rocco in the care of this dog hotel. We were going to be away from him for almost a month, he is never left alone at home, and he eats home-cooked food. Truly, his care was excellent; we were constantly receiving updates about his stay, and he was always walking, playing, and getting cuddles from the hotel staff. On behalf of my family, I want to express my gratitude to Marina, David, Cristina, Manuel, Helena, Patrick, Sergio, Alex, Arnold, and Jonathan—and I'm sorry if I forgot anyone. They make up this extraordinary team that ensures every dog receives care and affection so they don't feel so far from home. Congratulations!!!

Very professional, but above all, very kind and loving with the dogs. They make everything easy, always with a smile. I leave my dogs with complete peace of mind knowing they will be cared for just like at home.

They are the best!

We visited the center for a dental cleaning. The doggies turned out great, the service was excellent, and I loved the place! It's a pleasure to find professionals who work with such quality and friendliness.

First, congratulations on your new adventure with the opening of UpDog Cuzco. What a joy it was when I recognized the team from Gaztambide, especially the manager. I took my precious little darling to the groomer. They left her beautiful and you could tell how well she was cared for. With several services included, like a vet consultation, highly recommended. What impressed me the most was the dental cleaning, with spectacular results. That cleaning far exceeded my expectations.

I have nothing but words of gratitude for all the staff. She isn't my dog, but her owner suffered a fall and I had to quickly find a place for her little dog, Pepa. She is doing great, thank you all for your affection and dedication.

Our little sausage dog Bagel loves going here! Every time we walk nearby, he tries to go inside ☺️ the staff are super friendly, we get lots of video updates throughout the day where Bagel is so happy and having fun, would definitely recommend 🤍🫶🏼

We left our dogs for two days at the dog hotel and honestly it was great, the pups are very happy and it was definitely a vacation for them too. It is a place where they watch over the safety and well-being of the dogs, we are very happy and will return whenever we need to…

My little dog stayed for 3 days and the experience was excellent. From the very first moment, they gave me a lot of confidence, and you can tell how lovingly they care for the dogs. They kept me informed throughout his stay, and when I picked him up, he was calm, happy, and very well taken care of. I will definitely count on them again whenever I need to. Highly recommended! 😊🐶💫

I fully recommend the services of updog. Very good service, excellent treatment!

Very good service and they left Bruno looking handsome, thank you!

We couldn't be happier with the experience. Our dog is very distrustful and, when we are away from him, he usually has a hard time because he is scared of practically everything. However, from the very first moment he felt super comfortable, both with the staff working there—who are wonderful and whose affection for the dogs is obvious—and with the other dogs. Furthermore, something that gave us huge peace of mind was that they sent us lots of videos and photos every day so we could see how he was doing and what a great time he was having. That gives immense confidence when you leave your furry companion in someone else's care. We are very happy with the experience and, without a doubt, we will repeat. Thank you so much for taking such good care of him!

My fur baby was there for seven days and when I picked him up he was thrilled. He made doggy friends, went on walks in the park... a perfect vacation for him!

Delighted with the grooming service, my poodle came out looking gorgeous and they took the time needed so as not to stress him. Very happy with Tatiana's work (I think that's her name).

I have had to leave my 2-and-a-half-year-old Golden Retriever at both the daycare and the hotel on several occasions. The staff's care could not be more attentive and flexible. Whenever he needs boarding, I will definitely leave him here.

We went for a haircut for my dog and left thrilled. Super great service, and my furry friend looked gorgeous.

We are thrilled with them. Without a doubt, it's one of the best things they could have opened in the area; a total hit. I recommend it to everyone. They keep you updated at all times, sending videos and photos, they walk the animals, take care of them with so much love and attention... A 10/10 service. We couldn't be more satisfied! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My boy is happy. We've been with them for a month, and nothing but the best.

I was looking for a hotel to leave my dog in Madrid and the truth is that the experience was fantastic; both the updates they send about him and the care provided are sensational. It's a pleasure to see how he arrives at UpDog and stays with them so happily. Thank you very much for such a job well done.

I have had to use this dog boarding and daycare service on several occasions, both for multi-day trips and for doggy daycare, and I am thrilled. The staff is very friendly and professional, constantly providing updates on how the dog is doing and accommodating whatever you need. Needless to say, when I take my dog there, he is delighted, and as soon as he crosses the door, he already wants to head upstairs where the playroom is located. For me, it has another great advantage: it is close to my house in the city, so you avoid having to travel miles away to drop off your dog. Based on my experience with them, it is a completely recommendable pet boarding facility.

For anyone leaving their dogs at the daycare, every morning when I walk my dog I see how they walk the daycare dogs for 5 minutes at most. I think a dog should have quality or somewhat longer walks. I should add that the walks I'm talking about are around 7:30 in the morning, when it's not hot at all and they could walk for more than 4 minutes.

I took my little dog Toribio to get a bath and he was very happy when I picked him up! They welcomed us so well, and I also loved the customer service!

True professionals, thrilled with the grooming job done on my Tobías 🐕, you are very kind, I would come back again and again... Wishing you much success 👍🤗👏👏👏

UpDog Hotel and Dog Daycare is 100% recommended. Reliable professionals who keep you updated in real time on the activities your dog is doing; they take him out, care for him, and make sure he has fun. My dog is happy and I have peace of mind; he has learned the route to the daycare and greets the caretakers if he runs into them on the street. They have a grooming salon and a clinic; finding them has been a real relief for me, and I recommend them to all my friends.

They are the best! They take great care of Nash!! The facilities are perfect; my dog has a lot of fur, and with this heat he has a fantastic time there since they have the air conditioning on all the time, they pamper him a lot... and well, it gives us a lot of freedom since they are also open on weekends! 100% recommendable!

We couldn't be happier with our dog Baggy's experience at the hotel. You can really see the affection, care, and professionalism with which they look after the pups 😀 The updates during her stay with photos, videos, and messages are exceptional and provide immense peace of mind. And the best proof of how well she was cared for is picking her up happy and content. We will be back and we fully recommend it. Thank you

Thank you for taking such good care of my dog. It was her first stay, and she came out very happy.

We are very grateful for the treatment, affection, and follow-up during our dog's stay at the Hotel. It looks very well-kept and spacious, and you know he will always be accompanied, both by other dogs to play with and by people looking out for his safety. In addition, they keep you informed of everything with photos and videos of the little one. We will definitely be back, and Eru will be delighted.

This time I used their hotel service and everything went great. I felt very reassured being able to stay in touch with them the whole time; they sent me photos and videos every day. Excellent service, and they also have everything very well organized to welcome the furry guests and ensure they have a wonderful stay. We will definitely use them again!

I want to say that I highly recommend this place; I finally found what I had been searching for over 5 years. Personalized care for our chubby fur babies, and the grooming and bath are absolutely recommended. I have a Saint Bernard, and it's a special place for all kinds of breeds. Thank you, thank you to Taty, the groomer for my Murdock.

Hello everyone. My daughter and I have had a "furry baby" for 14 years. He is a Toy Poodle and his name is Indiana. In all these years, he has never been away from us, except for a few days he had to spend admitted to a clinic. Due to personal circumstances, we had to take him to stay "boarded" for a few days at Up Dog Cuzco, and the experience couldn't have been more positive, both for him and for us. They treated Indi, just like the other doggy friends, with great professionalism and affection, and they kept us informed at all times about how he was doing and what he was up to. We already knew Up Dog as a daycare through Sofi, who works there and is wonderful, but now we have experienced it as a dog hotel, and we will repeat if we ever need it again. Totally recommended!! Thank you to everyone who works there, especially David. I'm sorry I don't remember the names of his colleagues, but they are all fantastic. Susana Maestu

Extremely kind and super loving with our fur babies.

Super positive experience with the Updog team 🐶❤️ They always send a lot of videos and you can really tell the dedication and love they give to each pup. My dog was super shy at first when he walked in, but he left happy, absolutely thrilled... he didn't want to leave! 😂 Highly recommended!

A thousand thanks to Marina for her dedication and commitment to my dog. I am delighted to see that she is trusting more and more each time. With the added difficulty of her being a dog that used to survive on the streets

My dog came back very well cared for; there was good communication, meaning videos and photos. You can tell my little dog came back very happy, I am grateful and happy. I would definitely take him back without hesitation

On the second day I took my dog to daycare, he was dragging me because he wanted to go back so badly!! That says it all! Total trust and highly recommended

This is already the second time we've left Lino for a few days, and we couldn't be happier. He has a great time, we can travel worry-free, and they keep us updated the entire time. They send us videos of him playing. They let us know if he eats or sleeps well... everything is perfect. It's totally worth it.

We recently met Updog Cuzco and since then it became our favorite place! My Toy Poodle was a super shy and scared dog and with their care and love now she is socializing, playing with other dogs and having a lot of fun! They also keep you informed by sending you lots of videos and photos throughout the day! Thank you so much to the great team!

Excellent service, very empathetic and well-trained staff. The facilities are top-notch and brand new. My dog is very happy and they keep you updated on everything. UpDog has once again reinforced its excellence in service.

The best dog daycare! Leaving my Australian Shepherd at UpDog Cuzco has been a total success. The staff's care is unbeatable, and you can tell they have a true passion and love for dogs. My dog always comes home happy and tired from playing so much. It gives me so much peace of mind leaving him there while I work. Thank you to the whole team, 100% recommended!

Our Oliva spent the weekend at the hotel and it was a super great experience for her!!! We could tell she was super happy and pampered. We will definitely come back 🩷

Excellent alternative to conventional dog boarding kennels. A different concept from a typical dog kennel, with personalized treatment adapted to each dog's personality. A trial test is conducted before accepting them, which means that all the dogs staying together are sociable and well-behaved. Boarding is in a controlled "pack" both day and night to guarantee harmony and the well-being of all guests, with the option of also staying individually or combining both setups. They send you photos and videos whenever you request them, which gives you a peace of mind you don't get in other boarding facilities. Excellent treatment toward both us and our "kids". 100% recommended.

We are super pleased and happy with this dog daycare. From day one, Muñeco has been incredibly well taken care of and looked after. In fact, he loves going: as soon as we arrive, he happily runs right in 😂 You can really tell the love and dedication that all the staff have for the dogs. Muñeco is happy with his little friends, and we have total peace of mind knowing he is in such good hands. Also, something we love is that they set up a WhatsApp group and constantly send photos and videos so you can see how your pup is doing and what a great time he's having. That gives so much peace of mind and trust. The value for money is excellent, and they also offer a grooming service with a discount, which comes in super handy and we loved it. Without a doubt, we would repeat a thousand times over and we totally recommend it. Thank you so much, guys, for taking such good care of Muñeco! 🐶💛

And the dog grooming service is highly recommended

The place is very well-kept and super clean. The staff is lovely. I took my little dog to get her hair cut and she looked gorgeous. I will definitely be back.

Fantastic space for dogs. Both the daycare and the grooming salon.

The dogs were very happy and were treated very well. They were given affection, which is what they needed the most.

We have left our dogs at this boarding facility several times and have always had a very good experience. We would especially like to highlight the excellent work of Cristina, who from the very beginning conveys trust, affection, and a deep respect for animals. Thanks to her dedication and that of the rest of the team, the pets' stay is much more comfortable and pleasant. We will definitely keep coming back.

The best quality control is done by our little dog Nora: every time we walk past the UpDog door, she wants to go back inside. Good sign.

Exquisite service and treatment, highly recommended

Very happy with the results for Yago. We went last week for a teeth cleaning (without sedation) and the results were quite good. The team was very friendly and the treatment was phenomenal. In about 45 minutes he was all done. I recommend the service without a doubt.

I found out about UpDog 3 days ago through an online ad for dog teeth cleaning WITHOUT anesthesia! To say the least, it was shocking to me because terriers are very prone to tartar buildup and no vet had ever mentioned this possibility to me. I made an appointment and they saw my dog today... almost an hour with her and I was able to wait in the shop area. I'm still amazed at how her mouth turned out! Sparkling, clean, perfect. The service from David at the front desk was fantastic. Very kind and professional. I paid €100, much cheaper than traditional cleanings, since those involve pre-op (all too invasive for the animal and disastrous for my wallet). Thank you so much for today's dental cleaning service!! And for sending me the before-and-after photos! See you soon!

The experience with Updog has been fantastic! I left my dog at the hotel for 5 days. They sent me lots of videos and updates. They understand that every dog is unique and keep that in mind at all times. I will definitely use the service again.

A fantastic experience! Fiona stayed with them for one night at the boarding facility and came back super happy. Worth noting is their check-in process for the animals: they take their time to check that your dog has everything needed for their stay, organizing it into a box with their name and writing down meals, medication, and any other details. It's one of those things that gives owners complete peace of mind. Plus, they kept sending me photos and videos throughout her stay, both at bedtime and early in the morning. I'm sure we'll be back as soon as it's needed, we're very happy 😊

I am very satisfied with UpDog's grooming service. They treated Zeus with a lot of love and left him looking gorgeous. Plus, they managed to trim his nails, which had always been impossible at other places. Highly recommended!

A top-notch place that prioritizes animal welfare above all else! Our dog Blinky couldn't be happier

We left our poodle for 5 nights and he was well cared for the entire time. We received many pictures and videos and returned to a happy, tired pup. The prices are reasonable, the place is clean and the staff is friendly.

I want to express my most sincere gratitude to Up Dog for the wonderful care they have provided to my little dog, Cindy. Since I adopted her a year and two months ago, she has faced many challenges, including fears and insecure behaviors, to the point that she even struggled to eat well. After just two days attending daycare, I have noticed a radical change in her behavior. Cindy has started showing much more confidence and is enjoying her walks. Although she still gets scared when going out on the street, her attitude and energy have improved remarkably. Seeing her like this fills me with joy. One aspect I truly love about Up Dog is the personalized attention they provide. They constantly send me videos of her playing and walking, which makes me feel more connected to Cindy while she is there. Additionally, I have the peace of mind knowing that, through the admission assessment, she is surrounded by balanced and well-socialized dogs. This reassures me that she will be in a safe and happy environment, away from any risk. I also highlight the attention they pay to the dogs' physical well-being. They checked with me about whether Cindy was going into heat, which shows that they look out for her health and any details we might overlook. This kind of support is invaluable, as they feel like part of a team that genuinely cares about our pups' needs. Furthermore, Up Dog offers a full range of services that make life much easier: they have food, veterinary services, and dog grooming/bathing options, all readily available. This means I can rest assured that Cindy will be well cared for in every aspect while she is there. The professionalism and affection of the entire team are exceptional. Recently, Cindy got sick and I couldn't take her to daycare. I was pleasantly surprised by the concern they showed for her, asking me how she was doing. That attention truly reflects the love and commitment they have toward our furry friends. I am also considering using their boarding/hotel service for Cindy, as I have full confidence that she will be well looked after. Thank you, Up Dog, for being such an incredible place! Your dedication and love make a huge difference in our dogs' lives and in ours. Keep up the excellent work!

I 100% recommend UpDog! David and the team took excellent care of Nox, who spent a happy week playing with them and his new little friends. Not only did they treat Nox wonderfully, but they were also very patient with us, as we were nervous about leaving him for so many days for the first time. They sent us photos and videos every day, answered our questions, and Nox came back happy. We also took advantage of the groomer while he was there. That, along with the veterinary service, is a huge plus. Thank you so much, UpDog team, we will be back soon! 🐾

I cannot recommend Updog Hotel Canina enough! My dog, Benito, recently stayed there, and it truly felt like a home away from home for him. The staff are incredibly sweet and thoughtful. One of my favorite parts of the experience was receiving regular videos and pictures throughout his stay. It gave me such peace of mind to see him happy, playing, and well-cared for while I was away. If you are looking for a place that will treat your furry friend like family, this is it. Benito will definitely be back! 🐾

Perfect! Daycare, care, communication from the daycare sending us photos, videos, cleanliness... Straight A's!! 100% recommended. Thank you for taking such good care of Max!

For Yuki, our Shih Tzu, and for us, the experience has been excellent: professional care, trust, and peace of mind. David welcomed us with a warm and friendly smile from the very beginning, which motivated us to stay and give it a try. Bea, the ethologist, brings rigor and empathy; thanks to her explanations and advice, Yuki is calmer and so are we. Taty, the groomer, stands out for her patience and professionalism, ensuring that Yuki enjoyed her first visit calmly and even let her handle her face, something we hadn't managed to do at home. The thoughtful touch of sending us a video of her first bath shows genuine care for pets and their families. Thank you for your dedication. If you are looking for true pampering and personalized attention for your pet, this facility is the best choice. Having all the services in one place provides convenience and confidence. Thank you for taking care of Yuki and making us feel like part of the Updog family.

As always, a great choice! Unbeatable staff and top-notch facilities. 100% recommended

I wasn't able to end up leaving my dog, but with all the accommodations they provided and how friendly they were, you can really tell it's not an ordinary dog boarding facility. As soon as I get the chance, I will leave him there without a doubt.

Incredible service from the pet daycare, they are very attentive and understanding.

We are very happy with the care and patience they showed our dog in the grooming service. Wonderful facilities and fabulous staff. We will definitely be back.

A real luxury how professionally and lovingly they treat your pet. We will repeat.

5-star hotel, it couldn't have been said better. My little dog was thrilled, he slept on top of the pet sitter. Wonderful. I will repeat.

Exceptional treatment. Our dog goes happily. A real find.

I have a 6-year-old Yorkie who got a bath and haircut service at UpDog Cuzco. We were very satisfied; Milo looked great and the cut was exactly what we asked for. The finish of the haircut was impeccable, and so far it's the best one he's had in Madrid!

Rumba came out super happy! And the grooming service left her looking perfect.

Excellent place, seeing the dogs so happy is amazing. The service was the best since they sent us photos and messages about how the dogs were doing.

I took my dog to daycare and the experience was excellent. The care and attention were great from the very first moment; you can tell they truly care about the animals' well-being. My dog came out super happy, so I will definitely be back!

I have taken my dog there on two occasions and we are thrilled! It is an excellent comprehensive center. They are very professional. Their ethics and good practices are noteworthy. The service has been unbeatable.

I left my pet because I had to leave town for work, and to be honest, I felt very at ease with the experience. The staff was very kind, and you can tell they treat the dogs with love. Everything was well-organized, and I always felt confident. When I picked her up, she was happy and well cared for, so I would definitely leave her here again. Highly recommended.

We took our border collie in for a wash and honestly, it was magnificent in every way, both the service received and the result. It's a pleasure to leave your pet in such good hands. We will definitely be back. Welcome to the neighborhood!!

I loved the facilities; they look well-maintained, clean, and perfectly suited for the furry ones' well-being. Everything is designed so they can enjoy themselves, move around, and feel right at home. Without a doubt, it's a place that all dogs surely look forward to returning to. You can feel the love and dedication in every single detail

Very friendly. Wonderful facilities.

It has been a fantastic experience! Very professional, fast, and very friendly! We will definitely be back soon! Thank you!

Very good service

Super friendly, top-notch 10/10 service, they will undoubtedly be a hit in the neighborhood.

Today I took my little dog Popi, a Maltese Bichon, for the first time, and I left delighted with how they groomed her and their wonderful treatment. I have tried many groomers and have always left unhappy, to the point that I thought I was just very demanding, but seeing today's result, I realized that's not the case. I recommend it🤩

Today Lola and Gala enjoyed a day at daycare and also got a non-sedation dental cleaning with an ultrasonic toothbrush 🦷✨ (I'm leaving before-and-after photos because the change has been incredible). And I have to say, I loved the facility. They also showed us the hotel area and it is an absolute dream 🏕️💛 The round bed where the caregiver sleeps with the pups, camp-style, seemed amazing to me... no cages at all, just comfort, love, and company. In addition, they have a veterinary clinic and grooming salon, so they have everything in one place. Thank you, guys, for taking such good care of my little ones 🫶🐾

Super happy with the result! I brought my wire-haired dachshund, Roma, and they groomed her using the correct technique (hand-stripping); she looked gorgeous. Plus, they treated her great and she left very happy!! We will definitely be back 😊

Allegra is super happy every day she goes to daycare. David and Cristina are very affectionate, and I am completely at peace knowing she will be well cared for.

I loved this place and the care provided by the professionals. I took my dog for a dental cleaning. She had never had one before, and I decided to go for it knowing it didn't require sedation. They were done in less than an hour. Afterwards, I left her for a few hours at the daycare as a test run, since I have an upcoming trip where I can't take her with me, and she will be staying with them during those days. I have never left her at a dog hotel before, but this one gives me peace of mind. A thousand thanks to Marina and David for their attention and care.

We tried UpDog for the first time. They groomed my Yorkshire terrier and he turned out beautiful, we loved it 😍 highly recommended

Telmo was very comfortable. A 10/10 place, spotless facilities, and they stay in touch through videos and photos. I will definitely repeat, highly recommended. In addition, they have an accessibility elevator for senior dogs or dogs with mobility issues.

We started bringing our little dog Jack to UpDog Cuzco and we are thrilled; as soon as we arrive at the door he gets super happy, and when we pick him up he doesn't want to leave. We recommend it 100%, without a doubt. All the staff are amazing; it is wonderful to see daycares that take care of them with so much love.

I take my dog Lápiz to daycare every day. It has helped him so much to improve his socialization with other dogs. When we are on the way, he drags me to get there. That says a lot about how well taken care of he is. In addition, the staff's treatment is exceptional. We are very happy and recommend it 100%.

I left Titu at the hotel for a couple of nights and she was very well taken care of. The staff was very attentive and loving; they sent me videos regularly and I could see she was having a blast with the other dogs! Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely be back!

Today we brought Polo and they took great care of him, plus they left him spotless with his bath and grooming. Alexis assisted us with excellent service. Recommended! 🐾✅

Great discovery! We loved the facilities, everything was very clean, well-designed, and comfortable for the dogs; and above all, the care from all the staff—they treated us with affection and dedication. We don't live close by, but we will still return as our trusted place, especially because of how well Alexis groomed our dog at the salon. Thank you!!

We were really looking forward to you opening a location in the neighborhood. The facilities are amazing, it gives me great peace of mind knowing my little dogs are in your hands!
